What if I told you that we could handle the whole fundraiser
and only one person from your organization would even have to be present
at the event?
That's right you no longer have to do the same boring
fund raisers that take up everyone's weekend and take so much effort
and time from everyone. We will do almost everything for you.
Our events are the hottest, most fun and exciting fund
raisers in the world. We can host a professional No Limit Texas Hold'em
poker tournament, to benefit your organization. That's right, just like
you have seen on T.V. Just like the tournaments in Las Vegas, Atlantic
City and across the world.
You may be thinking to yourself, "how many poker
players do I know that would want to play?" Well this is what you
need to ask your members, because your
organization will be responsible to get the players to come to
the event.

hours, with almost no effort on your part?

work.
NYPT will provide the following for the poker tournament:
- Poker tables (professional, casino style,

- Poker Chips (professional, casino style)
- Dealer (professional, fun and friendly)
- Dealer Buttons and Cut Cards (professional, casino
style)
- Poker Cards (professional, casino style)
- Rules (NYPT has an established set of tournament
rules which help to guarantee a smooth, trouble free and fun event
for all)
- Blind Structure (NYPT has an established blind structure
that will allow us to regulate the length of time that the tournament
lasts)
- Tournament Manager (NYPT will provide a tournament
manager who will over see every aspect of the tournament which will
assure a smooth, fun tournament for all)
- Pre Registration: NYPT will handle the pre registration
of players through our web site and will contact players via e-mail
to give them directions to the event.
- Web site: NYPT will advertise the tournament on our
web site. We will also take pictures of your event and post them,
as well as a picture of the winner.
NYPT does not provide the following:
- Venue: Your organization will be responsible to provide
a well lit venue to accommodate the tournament. The chosen venue (fire
house, VFW hall, Knights of Columbus, Bar, Restaurant, etc.) should
have enough chairs to accommodate the players, NYPT does not supply
chairs.
- Food/Drink: You may consider providing some finger
foods or a large hero accompanied by some refreshments for the players.
- Tournament Helper: At least one person from your
organization will have to be present for the entire tournament. The
helper will be positioned at the registration table during registration
and will except all entry fees. The Tournament Helper will be aloud
to compete in the tournament if he/she so desires.
- Players: Your organization will
be responsible for getting the players for the event.
